Connect your Zapier account through OAuth. Weldable links to the Zaps and actions you have configured in your Zapier workspace. Your agent describes what it wants to do in natural language, and Weldable maps the intent to the right Zapier action or trigger.

Because Zapier supports thousands of apps, the integration acts as a multiplier for your agent's capabilities. Any app you have connected in Zapier becomes accessible to your AI agent without building a separate integration for it.

Tips

Pre-configure your Zaps in Zapier first. Your agent triggers existing Zaps and actions. Set up the workflows you want in Zapier's editor, test them manually, and then let your agent trigger them. This ensures the automation logic is solid before adding AI to the loop.

Use Zapier for the long tail of apps. If Weldable has a native integration for a service (like Slack, Gmail, or Google Sheets), use the native one. It is faster, has more actions, and does not count against your Zapier task quota. Reserve Zapier for the apps that do not have direct Weldable support.

Name your Zaps clearly. Your agent references Zaps by name or description. A Zap called "New lead to CRM enrichment" is easier for your agent to find and trigger than one called "Zap 47." Clear naming also makes debugging simpler when a workflow does not behave as expected.

Watch your Zapier task limits. Every action your agent triggers through Zapier counts as a task against your Zapier plan. High-frequency automations can burn through monthly quotas fast. Monitor your usage in Zapier's dashboard and consider upgrading your plan if you are running agent-driven workflows at scale.
