Use the ClickUp hierarchy in your requests. ClickUp organizes work into workspaces, spaces, folders, and lists. Mentioning the specific list or space helps your agent place tasks and pull data from the right location.

Reference custom fields and statuses by name. ClickUp supports custom fields and custom statuses per list. Use their exact names in your requests so the agent sets them correctly.

Combine with time tracking data. If your team tracks time in ClickUp, ask your agent to include time estimates and logged hours in project reports for a fuller picture of team capacity and velocity.
